not been onthese later sessions but we’re bein allgrown hearings that we held it inWestminster and the International mergethe international tribunal of naturaljustice is essentially about naturaljustice just so that we’re clear let’sunderstand what those words are they’revery simple the words natural mean thatwhich is not man-made but that whichresonates with everything that isnatural with nature with all thosearound us a justice as I’ve said beforejust is and justice is something that weall understand because it acts as theantithesis is it word word – what iswrong and we know what that is – all ofus we’re not here to judge we’re here tojust to hear to hear testimony and tohear your words and and so withoutfurther ado that’s what I think weshould see straight away so I ask youbecause it’s important what you say tobe the truth to give an oath an oathit’s as simple as that as far as justmeans that you believe that what you’resaying is the truth as you remember itso if you please do that proteindisparity with us yes I Mary Anna Marietato solemnly affirm by all that issacred and righteous that my testimonyis given freely and without coercion andis the truth the whole start afresh withus and to begin with your testimonythank you thank youthank you so much for allowing me togive my personal testimony today to thiscommission I appreciate the work thatyou are all doing this abbreviatedtestimony isabout my experience with tortureinflicted with the use ofdirected-energy weapons what you willhear today will be nearly the highlightsfrom the 30 page notarized affidavitthat I have already submitted as writtentestimony to the Commission along withvideo evidence pictures and audio filesas well as numerous professional reportsthat have provided evidence in my case Iwill start with my professionalbackground I graduated college summa cumlaude with a 3.9 GPA with a Bachelor inScience degree in speech and hearingsciences and I graduated with my masterin science degree in communicationdisorders to become a speech-languagepathologist I also later studied andtrained to become a certified aromatherapist and also a certified healthcoach I also became a certified Englishteacher as well as an accentmodification specialist for speakers ofEnglish as a new language as a speechtherapist I have worked with childrenand adults throughout my profession invarious clinical settings including mywork with adults in hospitals for sixyears some work in nursing homes and mywork with kids and school districts andnow in private practice I had beenmanaging my own private practice forabout two years when I beganexperiencing the overt forms of extremetorture though I later realized I wasinducted into some sort of programcovertly since very early childhood andpossibly since birth it was towards themiddle of August of 2015 when I was 36years oldwhen I experienced three full nights anddays without any sleep at all somethingI had never experienced before I went tothe emergency room and the doctor did acomplete physical workup including bloodand urine tests and an EKG heart test inaddition to a physical exam everythingwas normal and he stated my health wasfine prescribed sleeping pills andrecommended I follow up with my generaldoctorwhich I did I tried three types ofprescription sleeping pills at theirhighest dosages and none of them workedat all after after the three consecutivedays with no sleep I was allowed tosleep normally forabout three to four days straight andthen after that I was only allowed tosleep from one to three hours per nightfor some time I missed an entire week ofwork and didn’t know if I would ever beable to work againthen I experienced what felt like asevere microwaving of my brain with myentire brain feeling very hot at thetime of the incident and thenimmediately thereafter I felt severenausea and almost threw up then my brainwas left feeling completely and severelynumb for days and I could barelyfunction or think shortly thereafter Igot my period two weeks early when I wasusually very regular with my menstrualcycles additionally I normally have verylight periods and for only about threedays on average but this time it was atleast six days long and a very unusuallyheavy flow I researched it later anddiscovered that this is one of the wellknown biological effects of severemicrowave radiation poisoning then thesevere electronic sexual assault startedand when I say severe I really meanextreme I experienced an entire nightwith forced spontaneous orgasmsrepeatedly all through the night oneright after another with maybe aroundone hour of sleep or so as I layimmobilized in my bed in complete fearthis experience along with the brainbeing microwaved and along with someinternet research is what made me putthe puzzle pieces together to realizethat I was experiencing remote externalmanipulation via electronic weaponsbecause these symptoms of sexual assaultwere not physiologically normal orpossible without external manipulationit is not physiologically normal to justhave repeated spontaneous orgasms allthrough the night like that literallyone right after another and then it allmade sense when I learned aboutmicrowave weapons in 2015 I began toexperience what some called v2 K orvoiced to skull this involves theprojection of voices noises and musicdirectly into my mind to communicatewith me in real-time and at the speed ofthoughtand it also includes the manipulation ofthoughts emotions and perceptions in theperson’s mindadditionally the targeting is all highlyperverted and sexual as well asdestructive and violent recently theyeven started adding moaning and groaningsounds to the v2k and started puttingactual creaking sounds directly in thewalls to make it sound as though peopleare having sex and I was able to audiorecord these rhythmic creaking soundsand have submitted this file to thecommission these voices are vulgarviolent cruel and constantly threateningand using profanities that I never usethey repeat certain phrases excessivelyas I learned that repetition is a formof torture in and of itself theyfrequently threatened to give me cancera stroke or other medical emergency theythreatened to hurt my family theythreatened to make me lose all my moneythey frequently threatened to do moreextreme torture etc the voices alsofrequently taught me to commit suicidesomething that is simply out of thequestion for me just the threateningalone is done at extreme levels and isits own form of torture they coordinatethe voices and thought manipulation withthe physical torture so that everythingis highly synchronized in real-time theycan see everything in my environmentbefore I can and if something is hiddenout of my sight they can tell me whereit is if they want me to see it likewisethey can also make me not see somethingthat is right in front of my face atfirst I thought they were real humansbecause of how they related to me inreal-time just like a human would butthen I realized I was communicating withthe very highly advanced form ofartificial intelligence that is able torespond and interact faster than thespeed of thought – every single thoughtin my mind while synchronizing thetorture in my body at the same time thetiming of it all along with thecomplexity of it all seems like morethan what a human would be capable ofdoing on their own I began attendingnightly support conference calls withother victims of electronic assault Iquickly saw the patterns in the the waymany people are targeted includingmyselfI believe this is why William Binney andKirk Wiebe the NSA whistleblowers areconducting an international survey ofvictims of these crimes to show thestatistically significant patterns invictims testimonies I also came to therealization that my experience wasconsiderably much more extreme thanothers not only because of the qualityor types of the many various forms oftorture but also the severity levels andthe frequency I realized also that theperpetrators targeting me were usingmuch more advanced technologies thanwhat many others were experiencing andwitnessing especially since others wouldothers with milder targeting reportedimprovements with various shieldingmethods but none of them worked at allto any degree from me in shieldingagainst these highly advancedmilitary-grade directed energy weaponsat that time I also watched a HistoryChannel documentary on YouTube onMKULTRA and saw some of the victimsbeing horribly tortured screaming inhorrific agony and I realized that myexperience was actually much morecomparable to that and that wasn’t whatmost others were reporting though somewere as well my experience unlike manyothers involves absolutely horrifictorture to the complete extreme on aregular basis and everywhere I gobecomes an absolute torture chamber inone scene of that MKULTRA documentary anurse in a hospital talked about acertain room in the hallway thatapparently was the experimental room andhow she would hear horrific screamscoming from that room similarly thereare horrific screams from torture comingout of any room I spent significant timein wherever I go I don’t know whatprogram I was put into but it looks likesome form of MKULTRA like program andothers have noted that it looks likesome type of eugenics program now Iwould like to talk about some of theevidence that I have been able tocollect I went to a private investigatorin March of 2016 by the name of Melindacooter who specialized in these types ofcases she is available for testimony aswell then I had a professortrace the frequencies using the FCCallocation registrations I also had ananopatch test done by a toxicologist bythe name of dr. Hildegard stanager thereports revealed that I had syntheticnanotechnology in my body produced inthe lab and not at all naturallyoccurring in the human body and that thetype of nanotechnology used indicatedsome possible use for non-consensualhuman experimentation the frequenciesemanating from my body were slightlyabove normal one of the reports revealthe presence of h SP heat shock protein72 human tumor cells immune system andCTL 2 9 according to the report thebioenergy field exposure to hsp70 tohuman tumor cells immune system and CCL2 9 is addressed in stem cell deliverysystems as associated with neuraloscillator sensors to deliver specificgene therapies and nano deliveryplatforms these specific parameters aremade in a laboratory and not found in ahuman being unless they are goingthrough some kind of new medicaltreatment for cancer or other diseaseswhich I’m not additionally there was apresence of infrared glass in my bodywhich is associated with metalparticulate matter even nano metalparticles some of the frequencies beingdirected toward my body were traced backto the Department of Homeland Securitythe u.s. military medical body areanetworks and ba N and some othersaccording to dr. Stanton Jers reportsadditionally however I purchased my ownspectrum analyzer and was able to notonly confirm these frequency bands invarious locations including outside theUS but also found many others that Ihave not that I have been able todocument and also trace the frequenciesmyself in separate documents that I havealready submitted to the Commission thepeople who are doing these types ofcrimes in my case are in the upperechelons of government essentiallyoperating outside the rule of lawviolating all basic human rights in 2016I underwent a sakala a psychologicalevaluation and theCollege is determined that myexperiences were not attributable tomental illness but rather that my caseindeed looks like electronic assault Ialso have various other forms ofphysical evidence of this electronictorture for example I experienced what Irefer to as suffocation this is where Ifeel that my lungs are beingsignificantly restricted in that aninhalation process I am able to exhalebut have difficulty making a fullinhalation it is analogous to a balloonthat can deflate but cannot be inflatedall the way sometimes I can also feel mylungs literally being deflated and thenI have difficulty reinf lating them theperpetrators often do very severe levelsof suffocation for many hours throughthe day and night on a daily basis andhave been doing so for almost threeyears now I have been able to show thereduction in inhalation with anincentive spirometer which is the devicecommonly used in medical settings toshow the lung capacity during inhalationand to help exercise the lungs as abiker and overall healthy person I’vealways had a good healthy lung capacityas I discovered one day long ago in acollege anatomy and physiology classwhen we tested our lung capacity in oneof the lab classes and I had actuallytested above average under normalconditions on average I have been ableto move the incentive spirometer to atleast 3500 milliliters sometimes moreand when I am being suffocated I canclearly show a significant reductionoften down to the 27 50 milliliter rangeor so I have video of this evidencewhich I have submitted to the CommissionI had also devised a way to establishsome physical evidence of the electronicsexual assaults and I have video of thisevidence which I have also submittedalready to the Commission I had found aspecial kind of thermometer that has along cord as a probe that I am able toinsert vaginally while holding the otherend of the thermometer up to the videocamera the numbers on the thermometerclearly go up during severe zaps to thegenitalsand then clearly decreased significantlywhen not being zapped and then theyincrease again once zapped again in adirect correlation between the spikesand temperature and the zaps to thegenitals which were marked by noticeablefacial expressions of pain such aswincing etc additionally I completed anovernight sleep study showing severedeviations from normal for my EEGfunction during sleep and highlyabnormal sleep patterns whereas I wassleeping relatively normally prior to2015 I have been allowed to sleep about3 to 5 hours per night on average andoften broken up into short segments withplenty of severe torture upon eachawakening throughout the night thenights are often very long and filledwith various forms of severe and highlyinhumane torture making me feel everysingle minute go by so slowly I alsohave hundreds of hours of videorecording from from the past three yearsof torture I have submitted a six-minutevideo to the Commission showing some ofthe extreme torture yet as extreme asthat was it wasn’t as extreme as it getsand it can be for many hours at a timeon a regular basis it is trulyinhumanely brutal torture to the veryextreme beyond what words can possiblydescribe I have a video showing whenthey started burning my finger on oneoccasion in real-time right during therecording of the video you can clearlysee a triangular shaped indentation inmy skin with a glassy watery top I havesubmitted this video to the Commissionas well I also have witnessedtestimonies from the couple from churchthat I lived with for four months whowitnessed many of the extreme episodesof torture while in their home I havesubmitted their notarized affidavits tothe Commission and I also have a lot ofpictures of the many bruises bite marksburns and cuts they have inflicteddirectly with the electronic weapons butalso from forcing me to bite myself etcand I have pictures of some of thevisible physical manifestations from theelectronic torture including the verysevereloading for example in one picture Ilook as though I am at least five monthspregnant while in another picture justone week later I look closer to mynormal I also have pictures of themassive amounts of hair that fall out Ialso have pictures from my live bloodanalysis showing the aggregation of redblood cells it is known that microwavefrequencies can cause the aggregation ofred blood cells putting the person atrisk for many health conditionsI have also submitted all of thesepictures to the Commission I would alsolike to add my professional testimony asa speech pathologist there is copiousevidence throughout the scientificliterature of the strongwell-established association betweenpsychosis and language impairmentparticularly what is called formalthought disorder the scientificliterature discusses very specificwell-established patterns of impairmentin the patient population with varioustypes of psychosis in my professionalobservation when talking and listeningto victims of electronic assaults whichI have interacted with from all over theworld and have listened to very many ofthem over the past three years for themost part I observe coherent normalspeech and language patterns even forthose with English as a new languageI observed minimal signs of impairmentsuch as mild memory difficulties alongwith mild word finding difficulties insome cases where as I recall working inhospitals and nursing homes and havinghad clinical experience with theclinical population of patients withschizophrenia and I remember observingdistinct voice speech and cognitivelinguistic patterns of impairment thatare substantiated in the scientificliterature and consistent with formalthought disorder recently the matterdoctors and researchers who we value usniblets from China and Cuba concludedthat their so-called sonic attacks wereactually most likely caused by microwaveweapons the world needs to know that theUS diplomats were not the only ones andthat thousands if not millions ofinnocent civilians around the world arebeing assaulted with various typesdirected-energy weapons for variousreasons and by various groups of peoplethese inhumane crimes are truly rampantand putting many people’s lives at riskthey affect men women and children manyhave died already these crimes but mustbe stopped with absolute urgency duringthe 2004 bioethics committee the Obamaadministration attempted to find if anycontinued unethical practices were beingcommitted there were over 300 victims ofelectronic assaults who showed up totestify and only a very small number ofthem were allowed a few minutes totestify each at the end of the day therest of them were dismissed withoutbeing heard and the Obama administrationconcluded that there was no wrongdoingand they further stated in the letterthat they never wanted to hear fromthese victims again in RichmondCalifornia the City Council heard anumber of victim testimonies along withprofessional testimonies and ended upenacting a city ordinance for victims ofelectronic assaults this was the firstof its kind in the United States in 2016the President of the Philippines RodrigoDuterte reported hearing the voice ofGod while up on an airplane the voicetold him to stop swearing so much hepromised to do so but as but but thenlater when he discovered it wasn’treally God he continued swearing asusual people need to start connectingthe dots more and realizing thatdirected-energy weapons are being usedmore than people realize there are alsovarious whistleblowers who have spokenout about the use of directed-energyweapons on civilians for example DavidVoice is a former Navy officer dr. JohnHall is an anesthesiologist who haswritten two books on the topic dr.Robert Duncan worked for the CIA longago and helped create the technologiesused to cause the voices known as v2k hehas written books on the topic as wellaround March of 2016 I learned about thePolish Minister of Defense holding apress conference admitting theoccurrence of electronic assaults oncivilians and he promised a six-monthinvestigation I decided to go to Polandto help with their activism efforts andperhaps get some relief from the dailyand nightly extreme torture I wascontinuing to experience constantlysince I thought perhaps it might stopwhen leaving the countryhowever the torture only got much worseduring my seven months in Poland even onthe airplane I was tortured the entiretime being suffocated and sexuallyassaulted and much more I have my ownspectrum analyzer and I have been ableto replicate the frequency rangesdiscovered by the private investigatorand in my reports I have been able toshow a clear pattern of federalgovernment and military frequencies thatare always directed at me whether I amin the US or Poland or whether I am inone part of the US or another thetorture was often so severe that I wouldspend hours and hours screaming soloudlyday and night I would be intentionallymade to fall on my knees from the severeattacks and would have bruises all overmy knees and hands when hitting the hardfloor then once on the floor I would beattacked so severely nearly to the pointof passing out and rolling my eyes tothe back of my head in such excruciatingagony for many many hours on a regularnearly daily basis the nature and levelof extreme torture I have experiencedfor the past three years is simplyindescribable not even the videorecordings could truly capture theinternal experience especially when thetorture involves both physical andmental psychological factors and thedirect manipulation of my internalexperiences including my reactions andresponses to the torture the Polishminister of defense later retracted allhis statements denying the existence ofelectronic assault crimes and he alsonever completed the six-monthinvestigation during a news interviewthe former prime ministerPoland openly admitted to havingreceived hundreds of letters fromvictims of electronic assault during hisadministration I decided to return tothe u.s. at the end of March of 2017now I would like to describe some of theforms of torture in more detail and alsodescribes some of the effects to myhealth I have experienced the nature ofthe torture I have been experiencing hasbeen highly sexual in nature and highlyperverted involving many combinations ofsensory and motor manipulation of mymind and body and of the people aroundme this includes many different types ofzaps to varying degrees to the genitalsbut anus and the entire pelvic area thisalso includes many kinds of movementssuch as the rocking swaying joltingvibrating and shaking of my entire bodyor various body parts specifically in asexual waythe severe vibration is a highly noxiousstimuli and is very intolerable theysometimes do pulses or throbbingsensations on the genitals too etc thereare also body movements such as rockingmy pelvic area back and forth repeatedrubbing sensations the sensation ofsomething going up my crotch and in andout etc they also often force vaginaldischarges and zap my genitals at thesame time these sexual assaults arepresent throughout the dayevery day and anytime I am awakened atnight every night they range from mildto extreme but usually involve daily andnightly continuous assaults for the pastthree years now when severe the zaps tothe genitals feel as though someone iselectrocuting my genitals repeatedly Ialso often see highly disturbingpornographic images and videos includinghighly disturbing pedophilia type ofimages and videos when I close my eyesit also includes videos of violence andgrotesque figures and sometimes numbersand other symbols used to threatentorture this forces me to open my eyeseven when I’mso sleep-deprived I experience frequentsevere force movements of my eyeballsside to side up and down and bulging inand out the forest eyeball movements arevery often extreme and I experience itoften for many hours at a timeparticularly through the night nearlyevery night this is often combined withother forms of torture they also inflictforced biting where they make me bite myhands and arms forcefully leaving severebite marks and bruises I sometimes haveto sleep with two pairs of gloves on myhands to help prevent the severe painfulbite marks and bruising they arehorribly violent and they often threatenmore extreme forms of violence one ofthe things that the v2 K repeats oftenis we only get worse they also often zapmy genitals very forcefully while at thesame time force he repeated strongpainful muscle contractions all over mybody that are very exhausting so that itfeels as though I ran a marathon throughthe night instead of sleeping this isone of the reasons why I have not beenable to exercise since this level oftorture started in August of 2015 when Iwas previously very physically activeand fit the chronic severe sleepdeprivation plus so much torture day andnight has completely exhausted me anddebilitated my muscles I have seensignificant muscle weakness andflaccidity since 2015 additionally Iexperienced frequent planted dreams anddream manipulation they have also doneplanted dreams and absolute nightmaresof my family members sufferingthroughout the past three years I haveexperienced episodes of varying degreesof nausea and dizzy spells they alsohave many many ways to make thesuffocation worse as if that werepossible when it is cold outside theyoften suffocate me severely whileputting sharp pain in my lungs as Itried to gasp in for cold air they alsooften put mucus in my throat to make itmoredifficult to breathe when they do thesevere suffocation they also sometimesstuff my nose up while suffocating meand many other ways they also use thesuffocation and the burping to threatenmore severe sexual assaults the burpingis often very severe and I have manyhours of video recording showing thisunusual form of repeated and oftensevere torture this is not somethingsomeone does naturally physiologicallyand there is no medical condition thatwould cause this level of severerepeated burping for hours at a timenearly every day like this they also doforce limb movements making me flail mylimbs around just recently for about afew months they increased the severityof the suffocation while I eat to veryextremeadditionally they not only do suchsevere suffocation while eating but theyalso do severe dysregulation of myswallow function so that I can barelyswallow and it feels as though I’m goingto choke and therefore can barely eat attimes now the severity is variableadditionally sometimes they do severesensory burns in my mouth when eating orteeth pain and they often do multipleforms of torture in the same meal attheir most severe severity levels alwaysvary I have gone through maybe at leasttwo pictures of water in one meal andhave taken over two hours to eat just 7ounces of food seriously gasping for airrepeatedly the whole entire time it wasinfinitely more severe than I have everseen in even the most severe of mydysphasia patients when I was working inhospitals specializing in this area ofclinical practice for six years had Iseen that in any of my patients I wouldhave had to recommend a feeding tubethey also sometimes put mucus in mythroat to make it even more difficult tobreathe and swallow they also oftenmanipulate my sensation of hunger theybloat my belly so severely that it looksas though I am pregnant this makeseating even more difficult and it alsomakes the suffocateso much worse because of the weightpressing down on my on me and on mybelly it is heavy and painful and doneevery day I have only been eating about2 small meals per day for a long timenow because of the torture they doextreme forms of torture and at veryextreme levels and on a regular repeatedand continuous fashion over a very longperiod of time I am also a certifiedhealth coach and I have done everythingI can to ensure my continued good healthincluding trying to go for a walk asoften as possible which has become theonly form of exercise I have been ableto do since 2015 and even that I’m notable to do as much as I’d like due tothe exhaustion every day as well as thesexual assaults that make it difficultto walk at times for the past threeyears it has been all about survivalliterally just trying to keep myselfalive to get me to the day when I can befree from this torture every day hasbeen a miracle of survival I alsoexperienced what is referred to asmalodorous this is the alteration of thesmell sensation so that I am often madeto smell various things including smokeburning dirty diaper or baby powderwhich they sometimes combined with thepedophilia type of torture including thethreat of planted dreams and videos inmy closed eyes specific foods or thingslike flowers etc feces urine and alsothey often do the smell of sex they havealso manipulated my computer and otherelectronics in various ways so that Iknow they are able to manipulateanything electronic they have evenlocked me out of my office building thatuses an electronic key it is often verydifficult and an immense battle just toeven sit on the toilet to go to thebathroom not only because of the boweland bladder manipulation but alsobecause of the frequent severe sexualassaults on the genitals my butt andanus shaking vibrating and rocking mybody back and forth andforced eyeball movements and phantomtouch sensations doing rubbingsensations etc a little sip of water noworries at all thank you very much foryour testimonyand for giving all the information thatyou’ve provided for us now just takingyou through that mindful of time as wellI know you’re mindful of the times thatI carry on but please please direct itinto the direction that you wish to toreally sum this up okay well I was toldI was gonna have an hour oh I think justlike any so maybe not but please tellokay thank youthey also frequently connect torturewith various people places or things tomake fear associations they try toassociate fear with everything in myenvironment they often will do a newform of torture and then associate thattorture to a certain number or symbol sothat then whenever I see that number orsymbol it becomes a threat for thatparticular kind of torture I have heardtestimonies from MKULTRA survivors whohave reported that they were shownobjects such as a washing machine andthen electrocuted repeatedly to createfear associations which is very similarto my experience I have experienced aloss of vision since 2015 when Ipreviously had 20/20 vision prior tothat I often also experienced deafnessintermittently when they turn it on andoff they also make me drop things andsometimes causing them to break orcausing things to spill I have alsoexperienced hot cold sensations oftenalternating repeatedly through the daymy hair falls out in clumps veryseverely they have also broken three ofmy teeth making it very difficult tochew additionally they have doneextremely excruciating nerve pain like aroot canal with no anesthetic in myteeth sometimes when I eat and othertimes when I brush my teeth and theyoften vary the level of severity as withall their forms of torture recently theydid a few weekof the most profoundly extreme teethpain I have ever experienced that wouldmake me fall to my knees and tears ofdespair and unable to function or eventhink no tooth anesthetic point meantworks at reducing the pain at all evenat its mildest levels much less at itsmost profoundly extreme levels it feelsas though you’re having your teethextracted with no anesthesia repeatedlyin 2015 I also experienced extremesensory burns all over my legs andsometimes on my face and arms the firstincident of this was so extreme andhighly traumatizing that it made me letout a most horrific piercing scream thisis completely sensory so it leaves nomarks but it feels like you’re beingthrown into a fire while still alive oneday in 2015 also I was awakened in themiddle of the night with my left armcompletely limp as though there was nobone in it or as though it had beenparalyzed and it had a horrific nun-likesensation in addition to a severeburning sensation I awoke suddenly inthe most extreme piercing screams notknowing what to do other than to justcradle the totally flaccid arm in myother hand while screaming hystericallyand then it quickly returned to normalbut left me very traumatized somethingthey have been doing for about the pastfour months or so has been the symptomsof a yeast infection which they turn offor on as well as up or down in severityright after nearly every shower andsometimes during day she had a large severe bite markon her arm she has also grabbed hercrotch saying ow and this was used tothreaten me with severe sexual tortureone day I was observed one day I alsoobserved her gasping for air a few timesin the same way that I do when I ambeing more severely suffocated thesuffocation had been in a mild state fora while up until this point many oftheir torture methods are cyclical inseverity right after I saw this childbeing suffocated then I began toexperience very extreme suffocation allday every day for about two monthsstraight and that’s also when they madeit worse when I eat then I also workwith a four-year-old little girl withDown syndrome as well as herfive-year-old sister who also has DownsyndromeI observed both of these girls suddenlygrabbing their genitals in pain andverbalizing owI observed this at least on one or twooccasionsfor each of them during their separatesessions in one session thefive-year-old girl with Down syndromechose to play with the Red Roverelectronic toy dog that calls out thecolor of the bones that the child issupposed to put in his mouth this childstarted saying the colors of the bonesbefore the dog would call them out andshe was correct every time and since thev2k uses colors as symbols for tortureas well they were using this to threatenmore severe torture in me I also havehad a couple of kids that experiencedzaps of pain to their hands as theycovered the sore spot with their otherhand saying ouch while the v2k in myhead talks about masturbation they talkabout masturbation frequently and othersexual things during one session Iobserved one of my three year oldclients suddenly grab his crotch andleaned forward in his chair and then hemade a frightening grimace of severepain I asked him what was wrong and ifhe needed to use the restroom but hesaid no to having to use the restroomand was not able to verbalize anythingmore due to his language delayhe looked puzzled and bewildered eventhough I had stated that it was time todo more work right before this incidentI quickly just let him play another gameand he quickly returned to his joyfulhappy self again in other sessions hehas also grabbed his crotch and said owwhile looking up at me a while back Ihad a four year old client at my officewho complained of disturbing sounds inhis ears when none were around it onlyhappened as soon as he entered my officeonce he complained of a roaring drillingconstruction sound in his ears that Ithen later heard myself when I got homeas a form of v2k and the b2k said that’swhat he heard and put the child’s imagein my mind along with the memory of theincident most of the kids I work withare accompanied by their parents totheir therapy sessions which issomething I encourage so that I canprovide parent education on therapytechniques that they can implement athome to continue supporting and howbeing a child make more progress now Iwould like to talk about some of my ownchildhood memories I believe that I wasput into some type of program since veryearly childhood and possibly from thetime I was born I was born in Argentinaduring a time of a military dictatorshipand what was called the disappearancewhen the killsomeone also came with uncomfortablesensations in my head and it was alsohighly disturbing that I told my momabout it she then became highlydisturbed over it and didn’t know whatto do so she called the neighbor andasked what she should do seeing my mom’sdistress over the situation I quicklystated that it had gone and all was finethough the thoughts and sensationsremained for a while longer that summerand then finally stopped only to returnagain the following summer and then wentaway again when the extreme torturestarted up in 2015 the v2k directly kepttelling me to kill or hurt others whichI just simply would never doadditionally when I was about ten yearsold I also felt very odd sensationsaround my head one day when I wasoutside in our patio that wereparticularly severe and are consistentwith some of the sensations I have beenexperiencing since 2015 when Idiscovered what was going on due to theincrease in severity and the nature ofthe torture these sensations were highlydisturbing and I never forgot it I wouldalso like to mention the death of myoldest sister in 2012 on one occasionshe had to be intubated and placed on aventilator for a while she began toimprove and we were all thrilled to betaking to be talking about dischargingher home from the hospital on theventilator the doctor that was workingwith her went on vacation and a newdoctor stepped in the next morning whenwe went to the hospital to see her wefound that the newdoctor had just extubated her removingthe ventilator he had not consulted withanyone in my family before doing so andhe had not even consulted with therespiratory therapist who later told ushe knew she was not ready to beextubatedthis caused my 43 year old sister to dieslowly over the course of many hours aswe all sat around her including her then13-year old daughterI feel strongly that the doctors actionswere manipulated by the sameperpetrators torturing me alsointerestingly some years prior to theloss of my sister I felt a strongthought in my mind that either I orsomeone I loved would die when I turned33 years of age my sister died when Iwas 33 years of age and the perpetratorsloved to use number symbolism all thetime now additionally I would like todiscuss my mother my mother wasdiagnosed with a condition calledpolycythemia vera over ten years agothis condition is known to often becaused by radiation exposure in the pastfew years she has developed severegangrene on her foot and all her toes onthat one foot fell off no doctor canexplain this as there is no medicalreason for it she is now no longer ableto walk is in frequent pain and iswheelchair-bound when she was previouslysuch an active person one day she brokeout in an unusual rash all over herhands and the v2k said that they haddone that and they kept passed away the firstday I arrived in the new state aftermoving from the old state which was alsoa very stressful move partclearly at that time I was able to latergo to get an ultrasound done anddiscovered that it was just a giant cystthat was over three inches big and couldbarely fit on the ultrasound screen itslowly went away on its own but tookover a year to do so it wasn’t untilrecently that I realized that theperpetrators had created that breastcysts to make me think that I was dyingof cancer like my sister and causedserious psychological torture this wasproven to me one day in 2017 when I wassitting on the floor reading recipebooks and the v2k told me to touch myright breast I said no they insistedagain and said and I said leave me alonethen they proceeded to make my breast myright breasteach forcing me to scratch it and feelthat there was a large lump in thatbreast and the v2k said yes we did andthey put memories in my mind of theprevious breast cysts right after mysister had died which was on the leftside they said were evening it out nowthey also threatened threatened toreally turn this one into breast cancerto make me die a horrible death like howwe watched my sister go through whichwas a horrible trauma watching her dieso I know for sure that theseperpetrators were responsible for bothbreast cysts to inflict severepsychological torture the v2k loves totalk about how they are destroying meand every part of me and my life bit bybit living with this most extreme formof mental and physical torture where allof my most were all of the most
